My dad bought me my first camera when I was 14 years old. Little did I know that special gift would inspire me to pursue photography beyond just a hobby. My dad had a professional camera that I always wanted to borrow and would even sneak out of his closet sometimes to practice composition and shooting. As I’ve gotten older and now that he has passed, I hold on to this passion and think to myself, “He would be so proud!”
